أطلق مشروع “تدابير المعلومات وبناء القدرات في مجال اللجوء والهجرة القانونية وغير النظامية في أفغانستان والعراق وغرب البلقان (IKAM)” منصة ويب بعنوان “WeBSafe” في أبريل 2022. تحتوي المنصة على موقع ويب وتطبيق ويب وهاتف ذكي (متاحون لنظامي التشغيل iOS و Android)، بهدف أن تكون مصدرًا موثوقًا للمعلومات للمهاجرين الذين يسافرون عبر منطقة غرب البلقان أو يقيمون فيها. توفر منصة WeBSafe أرقامًا للاتصال في حالات الطوارئ، ومعلومات عن أشكال المساعدة وإجراءات اللجوء المتاحة في المنطقة، وسيتم تحديثها على أساس ربع سنوي. المنصة متاحة بـ 8 لغات، منها الباشتو والعربية والبنغالية والفارسية/الدارية والفرنسية والكردية والأردية والإنجليزية. تم تطوير منصة WeBSafe من قبل المركز الدولي لتطوير سياسات الهجرة (ICMPD) بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية في إدارة الهجرة من غرب البلقان وقام بتمويلها صندوق الاتحاد الأوروبي AMIF وحكومة النمسا.
