I want to go home AVRR Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration
According to the Law on Asylum and Temporary Protection, the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration implements programs for the voluntary return of an alien whose asylum application has been rejected or rejected by a decision of the competent authority or if the asylum procedure has been suspended; an alien who has been granted temporary protection; an alien whose temporary protection has been terminated; a person to whom the Asylum Office ex officio revoked the decision on the adoption of an asylum application or annulled such a decision and an alien whose right on asylum has been terminated.
The Commissariat for Refugees and Migration shall take appropriate measures to enable the person to return voluntarily to the country of origin, while respecting their human dignity. According to the same law, the Commissariat considers relevant reports on the situation in the country of origin of the person, informs the person about that situation and enables them to make their decision on return with full knowledge of the facts. Until the day of return, a person has the right to: stay and freedom of movement in the Republic of Serbia; accommodation, food, clothing and footwear; health care; pre-school, primary and secondary education; information and legal aid and freedom of religion.[1]
